To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, clearance products, and hygiene items (e.g., underwear) cannot be returned.
